IS GRATUITY/TIP INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Gratuity/Tips are not included in the price. It is optional and up to the customer what they’re comfortable with. Typical gratuity is between 5% – 15%.
HOW MUCH DEPOSIT DO YOU REQUIRE TO RESERVE THE VEHICLE?
At a minimum, we require a minimum deposit of 30% of the total in order to reserve the vehicle. However, we may require a larger amount for the deposit depending on the total price of the event.
HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
You can reserve online or call our office at 202-853-8325 in order to make the reservation.
CAN I SMOKE IN THE VEHICLE?
No smoking is allowed on the bus. It creates a fire hazard and safety issues for all passengers and the driver.
CAN I OBTAIN A RECEIPT FOR MY CHARGE?
Yes. A receipt is generated on the day of the charge and will be emailed to you.
CAN WE BRING FOOD ON THE BUS?
Yes, you are allowed to bring your own food. We only ask that you clean up and remove all trash before the end of your event.
